Green Travel Plans

Green Travel Plans are a new requirement for certain types of planning applications, as both Local Planning Authorities and employers seek to develop more sustainable modes of transport to the workplace. As well as satisfying the statutory authorities these plans also provide economic benefits for employers, allowing companies to use local transport infrastructure and alternative travel patterns.

We offer developed Green Travel Plans which incorporate future method statements of implementation, as may be required by the local authority.

This service includes:

• Consultation with the council and employer/developer
• Preparation of a Green Travel Plan to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority
• An implementation plan
